   I hereby authorize The Lead Frog LLC to transfer the content of Client's entire domain and all subdirectories to the Lead Frog Hosting LLC in order to best perform Search Engine Optimization services.

   I hereby authorize The Lead Frog to terminate Client's current hosting services.

   I hereby authorize The Lead Frog LLC to monitor the registration of the domain specified above. If the domain is expiring imminently, I authorize The Lead Frog LLC to re-register this domain in ten-year increments and I agree that my company shall be liable for all costs associated with re-registration and that these costs shall not exceed those which are directly attributable to the re-registration of the Client's domain.
